We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Client Services Manager based in London (currently remote) who will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of direct sold brand partner programs. This role will communicate directly with clients and agencies to help support the sellers with all aspects of the post-sales process and managing the day-to-day client and agency relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and comfort with interfacing with internal and external client teams.
Acting as a liaison between the sellers, clients, and other internal departments, the Account Manager will coordinate necessary meetings, ensure that all projects and campaigns are on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy, providing account updates in weekly sales or other formal meetings.
This position provides an exciting opportunity to have a key role in a growth-stage cutting-edge business at the optimal time. Solid experience in account management of consumer brands directly and agencies is required – CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, and other industry sectors are a plus.
The right candidate will be a highly organised strategic thinker, motivated, and energetic, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. The Client Services Manager will have a proven track-record in optimising client relationships and facilitating all aspects of programs and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to best understand the business needs and solutions of our brand partners, creating value, client growth, and strong retention. Knowledge of social media and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is a big advantage. Experience with Gen Z and millennial branded content is preferred.
