We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Client Services Manager based in London (currently remote) who will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of direct sold brand partner programs.  This role will communicate directly with clients and agencies to help support the sellers with all aspects of the post-sales process and managing the day-to-day client and agency relationships.  This role requires excellent communication skills and comfort with interfacing with internal and external client teams.

Acting as a liaison between the sellers, clients, and other internal departments, the Account Manager will coordinate necessary meetings, ensure that all projects and campaigns are on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy, providing account updates in weekly sales or other formal meetings.  

This position provides an exciting opportunity to have a key role in a growth-stage cutting-edge business at the optimal time.  Solid experience in account management of consumer brands directly and agencies is required – CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, and other industry sectors are a plus. 

The right candidate will be a highly organised strategic thinker, motivated, and energetic, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.  The Client Services Manager will have a proven track-record in optimising client relationships and facilitating all aspects of programs and campaigns.  The ideal candidate has a proven ability to best understand the business needs and solutions of our brand partners, creating value, client growth, and strong retention.  Knowledge of social media and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is a big advantage.  Experience with Gen Z and millennial branded content is preferred.





  • Lead the post-sale execution of brand partner programs for assigned accounts/categories including: content creation, video and social content/distribution
  • Participate in brainstorms with sales team members to create unique custom campaigns, providing planning support for idea execution 

  • Partner with our sales team to manage custom programs and make recommendations for optimisations 

  • Build client-facing media plans that are built to reach client’s KPI’s
  • Work with internal production, talent, and other teams to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction 

  • Liaise with clients and agencies on creative assets, approvals, reporting needs and timing
  • Surface any client issues and make recommendations for solutions

  • Track and report on the results of partner campaigns and programs

  • Manage the distribution of client invoices and reports, assist finance team during billing and collection process
  • Help sellers to manage pipeline and develop strategies for new category development through pre-sales prospecting
  • Execute performance reports for all assigned account/category campaigns and make optimisation recommendations 

  • Identify opportunities for partner growth and optimisation with advertising networks, products and partnerships

  • Interface directly with clients’ marketers, brand managers, and social media teams to assist in all aspects of client programs 
  • Leverage data insights from campaigns to both create more powerful campaigns and tell campaign success stories 


  • Minimum 3 years of digital advertising support experience
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising processes on both the buying and selling side
  • Strong understanding of advertising measurement tools and success metrics
  • Self-starter and team-oriented 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Extensive experience with social media platforms
  • Strong experience utilising analytics
  • Solid organisational skills
