We represent world class digital native talent, produce digital content with the biggest and best consumer brands and develop media properties publishing daily content on platforms that matter to Gen Z. 


We’re looking for a motivated Talent Coordinator who can work with our commercial, creative and production teams to propose, contact and book fast growing social talent for our partnerships. This role is London based (currently remote)


Overview 


The Talent Coordinator will report into the Head of Production and will work closely with Production, Brand Partnerships and Creative Teams, to propose talent for large partnerships, then negotiate pricing and coordinate their deliverables.


You will use your understanding of Gen Z, your knowledge of the social media industry and your ability to work with data to identify and source the best talent for campaigns in our key  industries (Fashion, Tech, Lifestyle, FMCG)). You will coordinate ideation of talent, communication, negotiation and production of projects. You will work closely with our in-house insights team to stay on top of the latest trends and talent.

This role will be suitable for someone with previous experience in Production or Talent, ideally with a focus on digital and social. You should be able work alone as well as be a key member of a small team.



Role Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable talent for a range of media campaigns across various social media platforms 
  • Work with our creative team to interpret talent requirements for their proposals
  • Talent communication - from initial outreach, to scheduling and up to project completion
  • Represent the company in negotiations with talent and their agencies or managers
  • Monitor assigned projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, the client and the talent across all project stages
  • Build and maintain a database of external Talent.
  • Work with our Talent team to identify and contact new Talent.
  • Ensure all paperwork is appropriately managed and distributed to Senior stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Departmental administration tasks, where required.

Knowledge and skills

  • A good understanding of platforms for Gen Z (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc) is a must
  • 1-3 years experience in production, talent booking or similar roles in the media industry
  • Previous experience in a creative environment such as an agency, studio or publisher is preferable
  • Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to communicate with stakeholders on all levels - from Gen Z talent to global brand representatives
  • Ability to work across a range of projects efficiently.
  • Experience in management of budgets, paperwork and administration.
  • A solutions focussed approach and team player with a collaborative working style.
  • Passion for and deep knowledge of youth culture, music, sport, fashion and trends.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects calmly and efficiently.
  • Thrive in fast paced environments and be able to work to strict deadlines.
